I chair the Research Working Group for Investigating the Social and Economic Impact of Public Access to Information and Communication Technology (IPAI) is a five-year, CAD $7.2-million research project sponsored by Canada’s International Development Research Centre (IDRC) and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. http://www.ipairesearch.org

MIT-Press journal Information Technologies and International Development (ITID) - used to be published by MIT-Press, now moving over to ASC Press, and open access.
